Dear SFASL members and
family,
The Santa Fe Adult Soccer League is pleased to invite you to the 5rd SFASL Fall League this 2019 fall. SFASL Fall League is a friendly, recreational and low contact league. SFASL Fall League will be consisting of 11v11 soccer for players of any sex and ages 16 and older. We will keep it a friendly and recreational league by tightening the contact rules for the referees and having league officers present at every game (sometimes playing, others watching).
For
this year (5ft year), we are hoping to have eight to ten teams. If you would like to play and you do not have a team (you have
not been invited by a captain to join his/her team), please feel free to
register as a Free Agent and I will find a team to you. We want to continue increasing the participation of ladies during the Fall league and encourage ladies to register as Free Agents if you do not pre-determined team. I will personally do my best to find ladies a team that will maximize their playing time and make it worth. We will hopefully have the
captains meeting one week before the season's kick-off to discuss the game
rules, assign free agents to teams and balance the teams.

The SFASL Fall League is a recreational Soccer League for fun and not serious competition. We
designed it to provide the community with more playing time before the winter
hits. It is intended for playing soccer to have a good time, improve skills and
socialize within and between organized teams with a full referee crew, making
new friends and learning new skills. Also, lets embrace the good custom of
being generous when you win and graceful when you lose.
Games will be played on WEDNESDAY evenings at 6pm and 8pm at Salvador Perez, 7pm at Nina Otero and and Thursday 6pm and 8pm at Salvador Perez,starting September 4 through early November 2017.
